I operate through Coops IT Services Ltd, providing hands-on engineering and consultancy for teams working in complex delivery environments.

I am an experienced UK IT consultant and software engineer. My recent work centres on enterprise GitLab, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Argo CD, observability and secure integration.

I combine hands-on implementation with technical strategy. That might mean developing a custom integration, testing platform controls through APIs, shaping an organisation-wide observability approach, or writing the patterns and guidance that help teams adopt a new way of working.

I prefer pragmatic solutions that teams can understand, operate and maintain. Good engineering should respond to real constraints: security obligations, existing platforms, support models, delivery pressure and the different needs of the people involved.

My work regularly crosses team boundaries. I can work directly with developers, platform specialists and security stakeholders while keeping technical leadership informed through clear decisions, evidence and documentation.
